Confirmation
A confirmation letter with venue & logistical information will be forwarded via email, fax and mail.

Payment
To enjoy the discounted rates applicable, payment must be recieved by the specified deadline.
- Group registrations of 3 or more are entitled to a 10% discount.
- Organization with 5 or more representatives will be entitled to a complimentary seat.
- Payment through credit card also acceptable.

Refund Of Fees
All cancellations and changes must be made in writing. If cancellations are recieved:
- Registration cancelled 7 days prior to the workshop is subject to 25% of the course fees. There will be no refund for notice recieved in less than 7 days prior to the workshop.

Changes
We reserved the right to cancel or reschedule the course due to unforseen circumstances. All efforts will be made to inform registered delegtes of the change. We will not be responsible for any damage or expenses suffered by any delegates as a result of alternative arrangements made.
