Training & Development
The role of our training & development section is to develop all management trainee within the group by coordinating and executing the Skills for Employability model designed by GEM Consultancy.
The department will also be involved in assessing the improvement of our management trainee in class and on-the-job performance base. All management trainees will be provided with specific job function, assigned targets, role and responsibility to be guided and assessed to enhance their ability and capability.
Measurement – Meeting the competency expectation and demands by markets towards employability.
Certification
All management trainees who undergo the full program and have achieved the minimum required standard (minimum the summary unit requirement) will be internationally certified by Reid Kerr College, Scotland.
Skill and Knowledge
The model under Skills for employability focuses on knowledge, skills and attitude (KSA) and assessing individual’s ability and capability, on KSA expected by the industry market arises from employers of both the public and the governments sectors.
All management trainees will undergo dialogue session, seminars, conferences and brainstorming sessions to get involved and experience change, counter challenges and solutions focus to meet the purpose set in the designed training systems covering all department goals.
