Ms Irene Choy holds a Masters in International Marketing from the Berne University of Applied Sciences, Switzerland and is also a Chartered Marketer and Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, U.K. (MCIM). She is also a certified CIM tutor for their Professional Qualifications, including the Diploma in Tourism Marketing.

Her experience and exposure within a wide range of industries, which include construction and property development, hospitality, retailing, family leisure and education, place her in an advantageous position of understanding a scope of issues faced by the human capital of organizations.

Her ‘first’s in the above industries include :

- First female sales and marketing personnel to bring a sales team to East Malaysia and Brunei for familiarization and sales trips (Holiday Inn – Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Kuching, Manila).

- First merchandising (buyer capacity) team for the inaugural store of Yaohan in Sabah.

- General Manager (consultant) to set up first American-themed indoor leisure outlet in Sabah (Fun2).

Currently, Irene runs her own consultancy firm developing and delivering holistic workshops / seminars which contribute to the individual as well as corporate needs of learning, improvement and development.

Irene is committed to working with people, at all levels, to enhance and uplift their levels of knowledge and expertise. She believes that the inert potential in each individual can be enhanced or developed further through the positive mind and attitude. Her main objective in each of her workshop / seminar is to instill that into the attendants’ minds , in order for them to look forward to and act on achieving their goals in life.
