KiKi Ng UK with a MSc. in Training and HRM. Her first degree is a B. Economics with the National University of Malaysia. She is also a qualified English Language trainer certified by the London College of Teachers and a certified NLP Practitioner with the American Board of NLP. KiKi Ng is widely experienced and performance-oriented Human Resource Consultant - Trainer. Her interest

and passion lies in the area of training and development, her specialty being Personal Development and Human Resource Management, Communication skills, Customer Service and Leadership. She is professionally trained in HRM and learning psychology.

Kiki Ng’s approach in training is positive and lively as she enthuses her audience by always providing interactive and energetic presentation of her material in a comprehensive and easy to use format of ideas that work. Most of her participants describe her as a very creative, fun and lively trainer who sets high standards.

Kiki’s wide hands-on industrial experience has enabled her to design and facilitate training courses in many areas which includes Human Resources for all Professionals, Problem Solving, Decision Making, Communication, Leadership, Mental Attitude and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Prior to being consultant trainer, Kiki Ng held top management positions in various large Corporate Organisations. Her wide experience in the corporate world and her knowledge in learning psychology and Neuro-Linguistic Programming have given her the distinct advantage in designing and facilitating corporate training programmes as she relates well to challenges faced by all levels in the organization.
