KITSON FOONG has been an active legal practitioner for over two decades years prior to joining Symfusion as a senior training consultant. Cited and ranked as one of the leading litigators in the country, he successfully acted as counsel and represented hundreds of clients before tribunals and courts of all levels in the Malaysian judicial hierarchy. An accomplished corporate and commercial legal advisor, his clientele includes public-listed and privately held companies as well as private citizens. Known as a “business savvy” problem solver, he has an innate ability to objectively and concisely advise on the implications of statutes and factual data to clients.

Kitson brings his wealth of business advisory and advocacy experience into the field of legal, management and communication skills training to corporate professionals of all levels throughout Peninsula Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. An accomplished oral communicator, he has taught at some of the country’s best law colleges and is a regular trainer at the nation’s prestigious Judicial and Legal Training Institute where he regularly facilitates advocacy and legal skills workshops for the nation’s deputy public prosecutors and federal counsels.

A passionate and driven educator, he is a British Honours law graduate who also holds his Masters-in-Criminal Justice from the University of Malaya. A graduate of the Dale Carnegie Institute in Human Relations and Public Speaking, he is recognized as an energetic, innovative and inspiring trainer who continues to receive enthusiastic reviews from his course and workshop participants.
