MOHAMAD AMIR SHARIL BAHARI

Mohammad Amir Sharil Bahari is an Associate Consultant Trainer of Efficient Frontier Consulting Sdn Bhd. He is an Advocate & Solicitor, High Court of Malaya and a Syarie practitioner in the Federal Territory. His practice is focused in the area of Islamic Will, Hibah, Faraid Distribution, Amicable Divorce, Harta Sepencarian, Reconciliation, Mediation and Polygamy. Amir Bahari currently serves as the member of the Malaysian Bar Syariah Committee and as the Asst Secretary to Perwaris (The Association of Malaysian Legacy Management).

Amir Bahari is not new in the training arena. He has conducted seminars for Certified Financial Planner that carries CPE points in the area of Islamic Will and Faraid Distribution system. He also lectures in PNBI and FPAM programmes in the Estate Planning Module 5, Islamic Financial Planning Module 5 and Islamic Wealth Management Programme.

Amir Bahari has also facilitated Retirement Planning Programme for Petronas; Certified Financial Planner (CFP) programme for PNBi; Certified Islamic Financial Planner (CIFP) for FPAM and has given talks in various Government and Private Organizations.

Amir Bahari also contributes towards the development of the nations’s future leaders, through his involvement in the Program Latihan Khidmat Negara (PLKN). As Assistant Master Trainer, he has trained a total of close to 700 trainers for the Program Integrasi under the Modul Kenegaraan.

Amir Bahari has written 2 books namely Panduan Wasiat Islam dan Pentadbiran Harta Pusaka di Malaysia and Fruits for Thought: Amir’s Fruity Guide For A Meaningful Relationship.

Amir Bahari is able to conduct his training in Bahasa Malaysia and English interchangeably, when the situations necessitate.
