Norhayati has been in the IT Industry for more than 10 years, she has a NCC diploma in Computer Studies. Norhayati has worked as a trainer since 1990, starting with desktop application software until specializing in Lotus Notes in 1998. In addition to training, Norhayati has also developed and completed numerous consulting works with Microsoft and Lotus products.

Norhayati specializes in delivering Lotus courses for both the System Administration and Application Development portion, apart from teaching the Lotus Domino technical courses; she also gets a lot of requests to conduct Microsoft Project, Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel VBA courses. Having past experiences in training, developing and consulting, Norhayati has no problems relating to real life scenarios and examples in her classes. This provides a very positive and pleasant learning environment to the participants. Early 2005 she achieved the Microsoft Office 2002 Specialist Certification, which covers all Microsoft Office Software plus Microsoft Project 2002. The following year she upgraded her Microsoft office certification to Master Level for Microsoft Office 2003.

Norhayati worked as a freelance trainer since 1998, she has conducted dozens of training for authorized training centers like Iverson, WTSB, Redynamics, Drake Training, Comat, IBM Malaysia, IBM Hong Kong, New Horizons. Apart from delivering training she also developed databases using Microsoft Access for a Contact Management database of a Scottish Trade International & Prospect Management System for C & IB Division of Standard Chartered Bank. November 2004 – March 2005 she was engaged by IBM Malaysia for PMO Online project in Brunei, where she developed courseware & trained the end users . In April 2002 she was engaged to deliver Lotus Notes/Domino courses for IBM Hong Kong. Norhayati was stationed in Hong Kong for a month before the contract ended.

Senior Computer Trainer; As a Senior Computer Trainer, Norhayati conducted desktop application training and managed training and tutoring for new and fresh trainers. Norhayati specialized in courses like Microsoft Office 4.0 and Office 97 suite. With curiosity and the passion to learn more, she wanted to become more than just an application trainer. With little effort, Norhayati became a Certified Lotus R4 Instructor in 1998.
