Ms. Leong Weng Foon is a highly experienced trainer with over twenty years exposure in the field. Her unique blend of passion, commitment and know-how unleashes her trainees’ full potential and pushes them beyond self-set limiting beliefs to completely realize their own capabilities. For 20 years, Weng Foon was in charge of building and developing a robust and competent staff force for Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia as their Head of Learning and Development. Her achievements include pioneering the Sales and Service Culture, building Professional ‘People & Results-oriented’ Managers, and setting up and leading 2 training and development centers for the bank.

Her expertise in developing tailor-made training programmes is highly sought after in the ASEAN Market. Weng Foon is a certified trainer for the US-based Cohen Brown’s Master Sales Power Series, Forum International’s Exceptional Service Quality Series, First-line Management Development Programme, Foundation Skills Programme and Richardson’s Effective Tele-consulting, Advanced Relationship Selling and Developmental Sales Coaching. In addition, she is a certified ISO Auditor and also an Associate Member of the Institute of Bankers Malaysia.

Weng Foon is very adept at working in a multi-cultural environment, having facilitated in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Hong Kong and United Arab Emirates. Her clients include major banks, insurance, consulting, telecommunications, petroleum, property development, electricity supply generation, manufacturing, port authorities, survey and information technology companies.
