MICHAEL XAVIER

Michael Xavier is a full time freelance personal development coach. He currently trains people from all walks of life and makes them better understand themselves and people around them. His elaborate 12 years background in the service industry in various capacity has given him valuable experience in dealing with people of different backgrounds and culture.

He has served in several well-established service organizations and has held various managerial positions, while he begun his career as a service assistant. As Senior manager for a renowned 4-star hotel property, Michael devised a comprehensive Customer Relationship Culture that brought tremendous success to the organization. In the process, he was able to develop renewed human capital within the organization to look into the needs of even the most discerning customer.

He was also District 51 International Toastmasters Champion in Public Speaking in the year 2000 and represented Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Hong Kong in the International Inter-District Public Speaking Competition held in Miami, Florida, USA in the same year. He has also attained several winnings and awards from Toastmasters International;

• Advance Toastmasters Bronze Award – Year 2001

He is currently the President for the Bayan Baru Toastmasters Club. He also holds a Professional Membership with  the Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers.

He shares his experience and that of many other successful organisations in training to turn around companies and gearing them towards building long lasting relationships with their teams and customer, and enjoying the process while at it.  As a Trainer, Consultant and Facilitator, Michael speaks in numerous functions and business previews, he conducts trainings for company leaders, teachers, network marketers, entrepreneurs as well as students and his training style is simple, workshop based and easily applicable in daily life. Course participants frequently rate him as highly interesting and an effective trainer.

Michael graduated in the field of Human Resources in association with Glasgow Caledonian University, UK.
