INTRODUCTION:

THIS two day course covers the practical aspect of HR Management and of Administration documents, letters, forms, policies and procedures in the handbook based on Malaysian laws and practice. This course is crucial and essential to every organization in Malaysia, Employee Handbooks are also often called Policy and Procedures Manuals. The Handbook/Manual is a statement of the policies of the business and how the business is to be conducted. The company employee handbook is one of the most important communication tools between an organization and its employees. Not only does it set forth the expectations for the employees, but it also describes what they can expect from the company.

It is essential that all organization have one and that it be clear and as unambiguous as possible. Misunderstandings or misstatements can create legal liabilities for their business. In legal disputes courts have considered an employee handbook to be contractual obligation, so word it carefully.

This course would also illustrates the proper and effective forms and letters with emphasis on the practical aspect of human resources management and administration to suit the requirement of the participants. Even experienced managers are, sometimes stumped on how to start a letter or report hence the handbook saves times.
