AIM OF THE COURSE:
To understand
and implement laws and principles governing misconducts and how to conduct a
proper DI for sound Industrial Relations.

INTRODUCTION:
In response to
high disciplinary cases at the workplace, this program was developed, of which
have contributed to low productivity and performance of employees. In many
instances, the managers have failed to take appropriate actions to prevent and
handle these cases, and in worst case scenario these cases end up at Industrial
Court where the employers have to pay for the damages.
This program has
been designed to equip participants with necessary skills and knowledge in
handling employee discipline according to the requirement of the Employment
Laws, provide comprehensive perspectives and practices on preventing
disciplinary problems at workplace through soft and hard methods, enhance
participants’ skills and knowledge in using various methods in managing and
handling disciplinary cases.
