INTRODUCTION:
Employers seem
to lose cases at either the Industrial or Labour Court. Many blame the laws for
being pro-employee. Is it really, or is it the Human Resource, Industrial
Relations and other factors in an organization that is cause for concern? This
course will address the woes of the Industry with the identified aim as follows.
An ignorance of
the knowledge of the basic Labour Ordinance, Termination, Managing Misconduct &
Sexual Harassment can cost any organization very dearly, such as the image of
the organization, the confidence of the existing employee working in the
organization, causing stress to employee, etc. This workshop is designed to
equip the participants in a practical learning not only to equip them with the
knowledge but also the practical application of managing Humans Relations at
Workplace.
